Fancy cut blue Montana sapphire with conflict-free Fancy cut diamonds on each side. I hand carved this ring in wax and cast it in recycled solid 14k Rose gold using the lost wax casting process. This one-of-a-kind gemstone ring is a size 7 and it can be resized. The sapphire stone measures about 7mm x 5.75mm. The Fancy cut side diamonds are about 3mm. The band is about 2mm wide.
